The drive is born out of the desire to make a change in the education industry. Having taught in different schools in Lagos and out of Lagos, I discovered Technology Integration poses a little difficulty in most schools and most educators are paid peanuts for their efforts. Hence, leaving them unsatisfied with their jobs and schools at the risk of losing good teachers.
We are here to support educators, schools and Learners to leverage technology for a better learning outcome and at the same time boost their income.

About The Founder

Martina Ngwuta is a passionate educator and Web developer with solid background in computer science, digital marketing, UX design, and front-end development backgrounds. She has a deep interest in technology and education, with a strong commitment to leveraging technology to enhance learning experiences. Through her initiative, The Brain-Tech, she aims to equip children with digital skills and assist educators in seamlessly integrating technology into their teaching practices.

Martina is highly skilled in teaching ICT, coding, and web design. She has experience managing schools, training educators, integrating technology, and developing content for various audiences. Her career aspirations include advancing in fields like Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Computing, or Web Development, with a vision to bridge the digital divide and empower others with technology.

Her drive for continuous learning, creating educational content, and sharing knowledge positions Martina as a forward-thinker and a valuable asset in any educational or tech-based initiative
